While the world is on pause from outer activities. Peoples rhythms of their daily life habits and patterns have changed by this current situation. It has brought an opportunity to bring more be more in your life and to clear out what isn't working releasing what has not been working. You may be standing in a doorway of change. You may have felt the door open to new possibilities in the past, but you were stoped by self-imposed limitations. you may have discovered more about yourself. tried reaching out to family and friends connecting with them on different levels. you may be feeling gratitude a renewed appreciation for things activities and relationships that you used to take for granted. Maybe re-examining priorities and taking a new look at what is important to you. Or may be feeling overwhelmed with all the changes. a general fuzziness are you having difficulty focusing and getting anything done, feeling driven to watch the news nonstop, not wanting to get a bad feeling, worried, and anxious about the future or just not feeling like your normal self



As one recently said, "If you can’t go out during this pandemic, be sure to go within." It’s heart time.
